The first three days Pir Shabda will guide a pilgrimage to visit sufi shrines and holy places in New Delhi. For a donation we will be able to join parts of his pilgrimage, and at the same time we have an freedom to co-ordinate our own programme with practices, sightseeing etc.
In 1910, Hazrat Inayat Khan left India to plant the Sufi Message in Western hearts and soil. He passed Feb 5, 1927 and was buried in the Hazrat Nizamuddin neighborhood in New Delhi. We will then participate in Hazrat Inayat Khan’s Urs Celebrations at his Dargah (tomb/shrine) and join the mini music festival of classical Indian performances. There are many sufis gathering in New Delhi at that time – the URS celebrations are offered free of charge, so you only need to organise your own accommodation and food to be part of this amazing event.
